What We are all about
Master Baklava Baker Fevzi Sular came to the United States from Turkey in 1999. With a passion for delivering the best baklava anyone has ever tasted, he dreamed of introducing his secret family recipe of real Turkish Baklava to America. Just a few years later, in 2006 Fevzi opened Daddy’s Baklava, and his gourmet baklava has been an overwhelming success ever since. The name of the Bakery, Daddy’s Baklava was created by Fevzi’s’ then 4-year old daughter, Victoria, who loved to eat her daddy’s delicious baklava.
Originally a wholesale bakery supplying Daddy’s Baklava to restaurants, due to overwhelming demand in 2012 Fevzi decided to expand the bakery and joined forces with restaurateur Wahid Jamali.
Daddy’s Baklava is now available at retail grocers and the general public.
